The British Council hosts a great website called LearnEnglish Kids with plenty of stories, songs, games, exercises and other activities for kids learning English as a second language.

In the Games section, you will find word games, games for little kids and games for learning to tell the time in English.

In the Flashcards section, you will find printable, illustrated English (ESL) flashcards in PDF format.

The Songs section of the website has a large number of illlustrated songs - both new songs and traditional ones such as Old Mc Donald and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

In the Stories section, you will find online animated English short stories and longer stories, fairy tales and stories for little kids in easy English. Each songs has printable activities and lyrics.

The Listen up activities and games will test children's English listening comprehension.
